水生美人蕉试管增殖技术研究

摘要 以水生美人蕉试管苗进行快速繁殖。探讨不同激素浓度对水生美人蕉试管苗增殖的影响;不同生长素浓度对试管苗生根培养的影响。实验证明:MS+NAA0.1mg/L+KT9.0mg/L为增殖最佳配方;MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L为水生美人蕉生根培养最佳配方,待无根苗生根长成完整植株后,5~7cm高小苗可出瓶移栽。 Canna glauca L (also known as Florida canna) test tube seedlings are used for propagation. The paper explores the effect of different hormone density on multiplication of Canna glauca L test tube seedlings as well as that of auxin on test tube seedling cultivation. The experi- ment proved that, MS+NAA0.1mg/L+KT9.0 mg/L is the best formula for multiplication of the plant, whereas MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L is the optimum formula for the seedling roofing and cultivat- ing. After the rootless seedlins grow up into a complete canna, the smaU seedlings at a height of 5-7 centimeters cab taken out of the bottle, ready for transplanting.
