摘要
随着人们使用汽车的时间越来越长,对汽车操作性能的要求也越来越高。离合器系统是手动挡车型重要的驾车操纵系统,离合器踏板力的性能表现直接影响用户的驾车感受。根据某车型离合器踏板力异常变重的现象,从结构入手分析导致踏板力变化的深层次原因,并提出解决方案,为后续离合器操纵系统的设计提供参考。
For the time using cars is more than before, people have more requirements about automotive operation. The clutch operation system is a very important system for the automotive. The owner' s driving feeling will be influenced by force of pressing clutch pedal. Based on a real example about clutch pedal force changing heavier, the reasons were analyzed from the structure of clutch operation system and a solu- tion was given. It provides reference for the design of clutch operation system.
