摘要
教育资源均衡化配置是一个关乎全局的重要问题。以河南省为代表的中部传统农区教育资源配置的状况具有一定的典型意义。河南省教育资源配置不均衡,城乡间差异十分明显,主要原因在于社会上对教育与经济社会发展的重要关系认识不足、城乡经济发展不平衡、教育监管体系不健全等。只有通过转变发展观念、增加教育投入、鼓励教育投资多元化和完善教育资源配置的制度保障等措施才能从根本上实现教育资源均衡化发展,并推动教育事业的公平发展。
The educational resource allocation is a crucial problem,and represented by the Henan province education resource allocation situation in the middle areas of the traditional agriculture has certain typical significances.The main reason for the imbalance of the educational resource allocation,especially between urban and rural areas in Henan Province is that the education has a important relationship with economic development,which is ignored;the imbalance of economic development between urban and rural;the incompleteness of educational regulatory system,and so on.Only by changing the concept of development to increase education investment,encouraging education investment diversification,perfecting the system of education resource allocation about security measures,can we realize the equalization education resources development and promote the balanced development of educational resources.
