摘要
介绍了额定功率为1kW的铸铜转子单相电容启动和运转的空调压缩机用隔爆型异步电动机的设计方案,利用Magnet电磁仿真对电机的设计方案进行有限元建模验证分析,并搭建了电机仿真所需要的外围电路。通过仿真,得到了电机满载情况下的电流曲线、启动转速-时间曲线、力矩-时间曲线、堵转转矩曲线及堵转电流曲线。
It introduces the design procedures of single - phase dual - value capacitor asynchronous motor with rated power of 1 kW. Magnet simulation software is adopted to conduct finite el- ement validation for the design proposal and establish the external circuit for simulation. The current curve, starting speed - time curve, torque - time curve, locked rotor torque and locked rotor current in full -load condition are recorded by simulation.
