摘要
目的:了解和掌握奎屯市肢体残疾人在社区的康复训练效果。方法:依据社区康复肢体残疾功能评定表,对奎屯市861例肢体残疾患者参加社区康复训练前后的运动功能、生活自理能力和社会适应能力情况进行调查评估。结果:肢体残疾患者经社区康复训练后,运动功能、生活自理能力和社会适应能力均有显著提高,训练效果优于家庭康复训练(P﹤0.05)。结论:社区康复训练效果优于家庭康复训练效果。
Objective：To understand and master the community rehabilitation effects of the persons with limb disabilities Kui-tun. Methods：On the basis of community rehabilitation physical disabilities function evaluation form, 861 cases with limb disabilities participating in the community rehabilitation training were investigated and assessed with motor function and life of self-care ability and social adaptation ability before and after the training. Results：After the community rehabilitation training, the motor function and life self-care ability and social adaptation ability were significantly improved, and the community rehabilitation training effects were superi-or to those of the family rehabilitation training （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The community rehabilitation training effects are superior to those of the family rehabilitation training.
