摘要
免费师范生在职读研教育政策的最终意图是造就大批"三高"型高端教师,其面临的现实困境是如何突破阻碍工作深入推进的"四大坚冰",即初入职的困顿与培养目标高远间的两极化矛盾、在职学习与研究生教育间的形式矛盾、成人学习者与专业导师的主体间矛盾及优质资源稀缺与培养工作需要间的供求矛盾。免费师范生在职读研教育的开展应坚持需要导向、实践为本、学生中心、网络为主的指导思想。
The ultimate intention of in-service master education for tuition-free normal students is to produce a large number of'three-height'teachers.However,it is confronted with several predicaments including the contradictions between the teachers'poverty at the initial stage of their career and the high education aim,between in-service learning and postgraduate education,between adult learners and their tutors,between the insufficiency of quality educational resources and the requirements from the education of the students.Therefore,in-service master education for tuition-free normal students should be conducted in the demand-oriented,practice-rooted,student-centered and Internetdominated way.
