摘要 氨作为锅炉给水碱化剂时,由于其气液两相的分配系数较高,致使其在蒸汽早期凝结水的含量较低,容易造成直接空冷系统金属腐蚀。为此,提出了一种新的有机胺类碱化剂——YA01。试验研究与工业应用表明,YA01可显著提高蒸汽早期凝结水的pH值,从而有效抑制空冷系统金属部件的腐蚀,并且其在汽轮机排汽环境下的分解率很低,对汽水品质的影响较小。另外,与单纯提高加氨量的处理方式相比,YA01与氨联合处理有利于延长氢型阳床运行周期。 Many air cooled power plants always use ammonia to increase the pH value in feed water.However,due to its high gas-liquid partition coefficient,less ammonias would stay in liquid phase.As a result,corrosion would occur in early condensation area for the pH value in early condensate is low.Thus,we proposed an amine as the new alkalizer,named YA01,whose behavior is opposite to ammonia.The industrial application cases demonstrated that the new alkalizer could enhance the pH value significantly for the early condensate,and shows a low decomposition rate in turbine exhaust steam,which is profit to steam-water quality.Furthermore,compared to the way of simply increasing ammonia in maintaining the pH value,the combined utilization of YA01 and ammonia could extend the operation cycle for the cation bed.
