拓扑反应合成超导体Ba_(1-x)K_xBi_(1-y)Sb_yO_3

Synthesis of Superconductor Ba_(1-x)K_xBi(1-y)Sb_yO_3 by Topology Reaction Process

摘要 以BaCO3、Bi2O3、Sb2O3为原料通过固相反应合成前驱体BaBi1-ySbyO3,然后以KOH为熔盐利用拓扑离子交换反应制备新型铋酸盐超导体Ba1-xKxBi1-ySbyO3。并用X-射线粉末衍射、超导量子干涉仪、透射电镜、扫描电镜、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱等对其进行表征。其超导转变温度为15 K。 The precursor BaBi1-ySbyO3 (0≤y≤0.4) was synthesized from BaCO3, Bi2O3 and Sb2O3 by the solid state reaction. Then taking KOH as the molten salt, new bismuth salt superconductor Bal-xKxBi1-ySbyO3 was prepared by topology ion exchange reaction. All samples were characterized by X-ray diffxaction, MPMS, TEM, SEM and ICE The superconducting transition temperature was found to be Tc = 15 K.
