汽车轮毂用镁合金材料的半固态制备研究

摘要 采用不同工艺参数的液相线铸造法,进行了半固态汽车轮毂用AZ91D镁合金的制备,并进行了显微组织、析出物和抗拉强度的测试。结果表明:不同工艺下的半固态合金其析出物均为Mg17Al12,但析出物形态有所不同;其室温抗拉强度均高于280 MPa,且最大值与最小值相差18.2 MPa;在保温温度一定的情况下,浇注拉速对合金显微组织、析出物形态和抗拉强度的影响均较小,而保温时间对合金显微组织、析出物形态和抗拉强度产生较为明显的影响。 The semi-solid AZ91 D alloy material for automobile hub was prepared by liquidus casting under different process parameters, and the microstructure, precipitate and tensile strength at room temperature for the samples were tested.The results show that the precipitate of the semi-solid alloy with different process parameters is Mg17Al12, but the shape is different. Moreover, the tensile strength of all the samples is over 280 MPa, and the difference between the maximum and the minimum is 18.2 MPa. In addition, when the holding temperature is constant, the casting speed has slight effects on the microstructure, shape of precipitate and tensile strength for the samples, but the holding time has significant effects on the microstructure and shape of precipitate and tensile strength.
