摘要 Girdin蛋白是一种肌动蛋白结合蛋白,其可通过调控PI3K/AKT信号途径、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)途径、Bad基因、血管内皮生长因子等方式而发挥包括细胞迁移、肿瘤细胞转移、血管生成及抑制细胞凋亡等多种生物学功能。现在越来越多研究表明Girdin蛋白在多种恶性肿瘤中均有高表达,且与临床分期相关。可以预期未来Girdin将在恶性肿瘤的诊断、治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用。 Girdin protein is kind of actin binding protein and it can perform varied biological function, such as cell migration, tumor cell metastasis, suppression of apoptosis, from which regulate PI3K/AKT signal pathway, EGFR signal pathway, Bad Genes and VEGF. Many studies have shown that the expression of Girdin protein is highly in many malignant tumors and correlate with clinical stage of those tumors. We can imagine that Girdin will be more and more importance in diagnosis and therapy of malignant tumor.
