不同轴流叶轮角度的轴流式灭火风机气动性能试验与数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 首先对3种不同叶片角度轴流式风力灭火机进行了气动性能试验,然后基于N-S方程和k-ε模型对设计工况下的轴流式灭火风机内部流动状态进行了数值模拟,得到内部中心剖面流场云图,并分析得出轴流式灭火风机在设计条件下的内部流动情况。数值分析得到的轴流式灭火风机性能曲线与气动性能试验获得的结果比较吻合,证明了数值模拟的有效性和准确性。最终得到轴流叶轮叶片数Z=6、叶片角度为38°的3号轴流式灭火风机气动性能和气动设计良好,可以用于以森林消防灭火为目的的轴流式风力灭火机的产品设计和批量化生产。 The aerodynamic performance experiment of axial-flow pneumatic extinguisher in three different blade angles was carried out firstly. Based on the N-S equation and the k-ε model, the internal flow situation numerical simulation of axial-flow extinguisher under the design condition was completed and analyzed. The internal flow field contours of center section were obtained. The performance curve by the numerical simulation and the results by the aerody-namic performance experiment coincided with each other comparatively, which indicated the validity and correctness of the numerical simulation. The No. 3axial-flow extinguisher with blade numbers Z=6 and 38°blade angle has the best aerodynamic design and aerodynamic performance, and it can be used in the design and mass production of the axial-flow pneumatic extinguisher.
