围生期健康教育对孕产妇生活质量及抑郁症状的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的 观察初产妇进行围生期健康教育后的生活质量及抑郁症状.方法 选取本医院2012年6月~2013年12月建档的初产孕妇148例,按围生期干预方式的不同分成两组:对照组在围生期给予常规护理,健康教育组采用常规护理辅助综合健康教育路径干预.结果 健康教育组遵医行为、满意度和纯母乳喂养的孕妇比例、SF-36生活质量量表8个维度评分、SAS和SDS量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 围生期健康教育可有效改善初产孕妇的生活质量,控制产后抑郁症状. Objective To observe quality of life and depression symptom of primipara after the perinatal health educa- tion. Methods Selected 148 primiparas of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Second People's Hospital of Shenhe District from June 2012 to December 2013. 148 primiparas in perinatal period were equal divided into health education group and control group according perinatal invention in different ways. Control group was given routine nursing care in the perinatal period, the health education group was given routine nursing and auxiliary comprehensive health education pathway treatment. Results Compared with the control group, compliance, satisfaction, pure breast- feeding women proportion, SF-36 quality of life scale in 8 dimensions, SAS and SDS scores of postpartum depression in health education group were significant better (P〈0.05). Conclusion Perinatal health education can improve the quality of life and control postpartum depression symptoms of primipara in perinatal period effectively.
