军队医院在新的形势下 ,努力完成医疗保障任务 ,在以往成功经验的基础上 ,必须坚持创新工作思路 ,强化规范意识 ,树立长期建设和持续发展的思想 ,充分发挥政策法规的指导作用 ,注意运用精神激励和物质利益的原则 ,加强医院的全面建设 ,规范内部管理 。
For completing the task of the medical care under the new situation, military hospital must adhere to that on the basis of the past successful experience, create new way of thinking, enhance the norm consciousness, rear the idea of long term construction and durative development, and bring the leading function of the policy and rule into play, pay attention to make use of the spiritual encouragement together with the principle of the material benefits, enhance overall construction of the hospital, normalize the internal management, so as to promote the exaltation of the hospital as a whole.
