摘要
目的探讨护理部专项负责与区域包干相结合的分层目标责任制管理模式对护理垂直管理的效果。方法 2012年在护理部专项负责与区域包干基础上,实行各级护理管理者分层目标责任制管理模式,设置分层目标,实行分层考核。结果护理质量指标达标率及护理质量评分提高(P<0.01),护理人员对护理部工作满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论分层目标责任制管理模式有利于护理人、财、物与责、权、利的统一,提高了护理工作目标达成率及护理人员对护理部工作满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of layering target-oriented responsible system combined special responsibility with district responsibility in nursing department on nursing vertical management.Methods In 2012,on the basis of combining special responsibility with district responsibility in nursing department,layering target-oriented responsible system was implemented,layering target and evaluation were established.Result The qualified rate of nursing quality index and score of nursing quality increased (P 〈 0.01),and satisfaction to nursing department of nursing staff increased (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Layering target-oriented responsible system is benificial to the unification of staff,property,material,responsibility,power and profit,which can improve the target rate of nursing quality and satisfaction to nursing department of nursing staff.
