摘要
为缓解医院门诊"三长一短"问题,优化就医流程,改善患者就医体验,浙江省部分医院开展"诊间结算"服务。本文通过与"先诊疗、后付费"方案的对比,介绍浙江省"诊间结算"服务的方案,分析各自优缺点,提出通过区域卫生信息平台建立第三方支付平台结算方案的构想。
To alleviate the problem of “long queue for registration, for seeing a doctor and for paying, yet short time for care treatment”, to optimize the medical treatment process, and to improve patient’s feeling, some hospitals in Zhejiang Province carried out the paying in outpatient care service. The paper compared the payment schemes of the“diagnosis and treatment first, and settlement followed” service, then introduced and analyzed all the payment schemes of paying in outpatient care service of these hospitals, and proposed to establish a new unified third-party payment platform.
