摘要
热光HBT测量值可定量表示热光场的二阶关联程度.实验研究了物光和参考光的光程差及热光源横向尺寸对热光二阶关联值的影响.结果表明:随着物光和参考光光程差增加,HBT值会降低并且其半高全宽增大;随着光源横向尺寸增加,HBT值降低,其半高全宽减小.
The measured HBT value of thermal light can numerically represent the second order correlation of thermal light field .The effects of the transverse size of thermal light source and the op-tical path difference of the two light beams on the thermal light second order correlation had been ex-perimentally studied .The results showed that both the value and the half-height width of HBT de-creased with the increase of the transverse size of the thermal light source .The value of HBT de-creased with the increase of the optical path difference between the two beams ,but the half-height width increased .
