摘要
讨论电表信号隔离传输的意义,分析目前各种实现手段的优缺点,提出一种数据隔离设计方案.方案采用ELAN公司的EM78P372N单片机为核心,用12 bit AD采样电表输入信号,数字信号通过光电耦合器进行自定义协议与后级单片机通信,实现有效隔离.测试结果表明,方案的电路设计合理,准确率高,成本低,安全性能好,具有很好的应用前景.
This paper discusses the significance of electric meter transmission signal isolation,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various implementation methods at present,and proposes a data isolation design.The design uses the low-cost ELAN's EM78P372 N MCU as the control core,the 12 bit AD sampling the input signal and the digital signal communication with after level MCU by opticalcouplers to realize effective isolation.Through testing,the indicators meet the requirements of practical application of this design.
