摘要
国产某超超临界汽轮机配汽机构出厂的流量特性曲线仅适用于带基本负荷的机组。通过现场试验研究,对制造厂新增的流量特性曲线进行了修正,并确定出该机组在新阀序下不同负荷对应的最佳主蒸汽压力和相应的最佳初压全程实施方案,以提高机组变工况下的运行经济性,对同类型机组运行方式的优化提供了借鉴。
The factory steam flow characteristic curve of a domestic ultra-supercritical unit only applies to base load steam turbine. Through on-site pilot study, correcting the manufacturer's new flow characteristic curve, determining the different loads corresponding to the optimal main steam pressure and the whole process of the embodiment of the best initial pressure under the new valve sequence in order to improve the operation economic of the unit of variable conditions, it provides a reference on the same type of unit operation mode optimization.
