摘要 为研究植物微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生产性能及免疫力的影响,试验选取1 000头杜×大×长三元杂交商品断奶仔猪,随机分为5个处理组,每组4个重复,其中对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮+抗生素,试验组1仔猪在基础日粮中添加植物制剂10 000 mg/kg,试验组2、试验组3和试验组4分别为添加植物微生态制剂400、600、800 mg/kg,试验期30 d。结果表明:试验组2、试验组3和试验组4的料肉比和腹泻率分别显著低于对照组13.9%、11.5%、15.8%(P<0.05)和31.6%、45.5%、44.3%(P<0.05);死亡率无显著差异(P>0.05),但从数值上分别降低9.5%、100%、100%。而试验组2、试验组3和试验组4与试验组1相比,日增重、料肉比、腹泻率和死亡率均有显著差异(P<0.05)。由此可见,植物微生态制剂可改善断奶仔猪的生产性能及免疫力,且效果明显优于植物制剂。 The test was to study the effect of plant microeeologics on growth performance and immu- nity of piglet, 1 000 heads of Du×Da×Chang weaning piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups, the control group was fed with basal diet and antibiotics, 10 000 mg/kg plant preparation, 400, 600, 800 mg/kg plant microecologics were added into group 1, group 2, group 3 and group 4. The whole ex- periment lasted for 30 days. The results showed that group 2, group 3 and group 4 were significantly lower than the control group on feed conversion ratio and diarrhea rate by 13.9%, 11.5%, 15.8%(P〈 0.05) and 31.6%, 45.5%, 44.3% (P〈0.05); there were no significantly difference on mortality (P〉0.05), but decreased by 9.5%, 100%, 100%. Compared with group 1, group 2, group 3 and group 4 were sig- nificantly different on daily gain, feed conversion ratio, diarrhea rate and mortality (P〈0.05). In conclu- sion, plant microecologics can improve the growth performance and immunity of weaning piglet, and better than plant preparation.
