摘要
选取年龄和体重相近的40头杂交肉牛,按照组间体重和年龄相近原则随机分为4个试验组,每组10头杂交肉牛。预饲期为10 d,正式期90 d。试验结果表明,自配蛋白浓缩料对试验牛的总增重和单位增重成本影响显著,对其它指标影响不显著。说明能量对肉牛育肥效果非常重要,轻微变化的蛋白质水平对肉牛育肥影响不大。
Forty healthy simmental hybrid cattle with similar weight were randomly divided into four groups with 10 cattle in each treatment group. The treatments were fed concentrates with four different combinations of diets during the 10 days for adaptation and 90 days for data collection. The results showed that the effect on the total weight gain and the cost of the weight gain for the cattle of the self- made protein concentrates is significant, but the other indicators are not significant. The conclusion showed that energy for cattle fattening effect is very important, slight changes in protein levels had lit- tle effect on beef cattle fattening.
