摘要
国内采用的共聚甲醛生产工艺主要为波兰ZAT与香港富艺两种,本文从反应机理、分子链封端方式、生产工艺过程、研磨、钝化和干燥方面论述了两种工艺的相似和不同之处,以资参考。
Two kinds of processes for polyoxymethylene copolymer synthesis were introduced in China, one is ZAT process from Poland, another is BDI process from Hongkong. It was discussed that the similarities and differences between the two processes in the reaction mechanism, the method of molecular chain blocked, the production processing, grinding, inactivation and drying in this paper for the purpose of reference.
