摘要
对影响220 t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉冷态启动的因素,如床料的粒径与厚度、投煤温度、温升速率进行了分析。通过摸索规律,总结经验,优化了CFB锅炉冷态启动的操作,实现了提高CFB锅炉点火成功率,缩短冷态启动时间的目标。
The influence factors, such as the particle diameter and thickness of material on the bed, temperature of coal into the boiler and the temperature rise rate,on starting up of the 220 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler were analyzed. In order to realize the purpose of ignition success rate improved and time for cold starting up shortened, operation of the boiler was optimized by regularity explored and experience accumulated.
