摘要
对十字形截面方钢管混凝土组合异形柱在单向压弯状态下进行试验研究和有限元分析,并在此基础上对构件连接板进行优化。结果表明,十字形截面方钢管混凝土组合异形柱整体压弯性能良好、承载力高以及截面延性较大;有限元软件ANSYS分析得出结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了ANSYS建模计算的准确性;根据试验和有限元对比分析结果,对连接钢板进行拓扑优化,探究其在结构中的合理形式。
The experimental study and finite element analysis are carried out tor unlaxlal oenctmg oi crlsscros~ section column composed of concrete-filled square steel tubes, then topological optimization is conducted with ANSYS. The results show that the characteristics of crisscross section column composed of concrete-filled square steel tubes are high bearing capacity, good bending performance and ductility. The results of ANSYS analysis are in good agreement with the test, which verifies the accuracy of calculation. According to the results, the junction plates are optimized to explore a reasonable structure form.
