摘要
为了解决传统柔掩支架支护强度低、挤架、咬架、摞架、架斜、啃顶、扎底等问题,根据宏远煤矿急倾斜厚煤层赋存条件,提出了液压柔掩支架采煤方法,采用箱板结构及液压系统,提高了支架支护强度,降低了工人劳动强度,缩短了工作面循环作业时间,提高了支架放煤机构的灵活性,与传统柔掩支架采煤方法相比,最大开采厚度达到了4.5m,煤炭回采率提高20%,单产提高了50%,取得了很好的技术经济效益。
In order to solve a low support strength, supports extruded, supports bitten, support overlied, support inclined, roof cutting, floor dinting and other problems existed in the conventional flexible shield support, based on the deposition conditions of the steep inclined seam in Hongyuan Mine, a coal mining method with hydraulic powered flexible shield supports was provided. With a box - board structure and hydraulic system, the support strength of the powered support was improved, a miner labor intensity was reduced, circulation operation time of the coal mining face was reduced and flexibility of the coal caving mechanism in the powered support was improved. In comparison with the coal mining method with the conventional flexible shield support, a max mining height was 4. 5m, the coal mining rate was improved y 120% and a coal production of single coal mining face was improved by 50% with a good technical and economic benefits.
