低温敏化中敏化剂配比对乳化炸药性能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对乳化炸药低温敏化工艺中存在药条密度小,爆炸性能不符合要求的问题,根据实际情况对敏化工艺的配比进行了调选,进行了不同浓度的发泡剂和促进剂的匹配实验。实验结果表明:当炸药自身温度下降较快时,应采用敏化剂配比浓度较高的方案2,即发泡剂浓度配在22%,促进剂浓度配在18%生产出的乳化炸药成品性能较好。发泡剂的添加温度也是低温敏化工艺的重要参数,经过反复试验,确定发泡剂的加入温度及敏化温度在48℃时,产品质量较好。 The emulsion explosives produced under low-temperature sensitization exist some problems such as lower density and the explosive performance does not meet the requirements. In order to solve these problems, the matching ratio of sensitization process has been adjusted election,and match experiment of difference foaming agents and accelerators have conducted, the match experimental results showed that:when the explosive itself temperature drops rapidly,the solution 2 which has higher ratio of the sensitizer concentration should be elected, which means when the concentration of foaming agent at 22 percent and concentration of promoter at 18 percent,the produced emulsion explosive has better performance. The added temperature of the foaming agent is also an important parameter in the process of sensitization,the repeated tests showed that the added temperature of the foaming agent and sensitization temperature at 48 degrees Celsius, the performance of produced emulsion explosive are better.
