摘要
目的在家庭网络条件下,实现B/S架构的连续断层医学影像的三维(3D)交互。方法建立XML文档存储事件模型,提取3D医学影像的事件特征,使之结构化表达并存储;分析现有Web3D技术,构筑以服务器为中心的3D图像处理终端,进行3D数据重建,并根据客户端浏览指令将2维(2D)投影图像传输至客户端显示;引入AJAX网页通讯技术和JPEG2000渐进式传输理论,实现客户端与服务器的实时通讯与连贯操作。结果在低带宽条件下,使用不同操作系统的不同设备可对同一数据集进行3D可视化浏览交互,且流畅度、精准度和相容性等均达到理想要求。结论低网速条件下的3D医学影像实时在线交互的实现,为远程医疗中庞大的连续断层数据集共享和可视化表达提供了新的思路。
Objective To implement the 3D interaction of continuous tomography images based on B/S architecture in home network. Methods A“XML Event Hierarchy Model”was established to extract the case characteristics of 3D medical images (3DMI) which then were structured and stored. Then a server-centered processing terminal for 3DMI was contructed based on the analysis of existing Web3D technologies to reconstruct the 3D data and transport 2D projected images to the client. Then AJAX webpage communication technology and JPEG2000 progressive transmission theory were used to implement the real-time communication and coherent operations between the client and the server. Results 3D visualization browsing interaction of a data set can be implemented with various devices with different operating systems under the condition of low bandwidth while the lfuency, precision and compatibility of the 3D visualization browsing interaction can meet the ideal requirements. Conclusion The implementation of real-time online interaction of 3DMI under the condition of low network speed can provide a new train of thought for the sharing and visualization representation of continuous tomography data sets of telemedicine.
