摘要
以C30普通混凝土为设计配合比基准,研究了聚丙烯纤维、橡胶颗粒对再生混凝土拌合物流动性及基本力学性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:聚丙烯纤维、再生骨料、橡胶颗粒都会降低混凝土的流动性,当三种材料同时使用时流动性降低更加明显;再生混凝土中掺入橡胶颗粒后,混凝土的抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈拉强度、抗折强度分别不同程度的降低,但橡胶颗粒能够提高混凝土韧性,减小脆性破坏;聚丙烯纤维对再生橡胶混凝土力学性能增强作用明显,且掺量越大效果越显著。
Based on the concrete whose strength grade is C30,the effects of polypropylene fiber、rubber particle on the recycled concrete were studied according to the test results. The results show that polypropylene fiber、recycled aggregate and rubber particle can reduce the liquidity of concrete,especially when used at the same time;Rubber particle reduces the mechanical properties(compressive strength、axial compressive strength、splitting tensile strength、flexural strength)of concrete obviously.But rubber particle improves the toughness of concrete,making the tension and compression ratio of recycled concrete increase significantly;What's more,we find that Polypropylene fiber can improve the mechanical properties of concrete,and the bigger the dosage is used,the more significant the effect will be.
