摘要
针对滚筒洗衣机门圈结构特点,设计了一副含六个斜导柱侧抽芯机构的注塑模,利用开合模运动完成了各向抽芯、顶出、锁紧及复位等动作。在传统设计基础上,将模流分析、数控仿真加工等现代设计制造方法应用到门圈注塑模具的开发中,实践证明,提高了模具开发成功率,缩短了开发周期。
According to the characteristics of door circle for cylinder washing machine, a kind of injection mold with six side core-pulling was designed, and all the core pulling, pushing out, locking and reset action were completed by using the movement of opening and closing mould. Based on the traditional design, modern methods such as mold flow analysis and NC simulation machining were applied to the injection mold development. The practice proves that the success rate of mold development improves and the development cycle shortens.
