基于分布参数的同杆双回线跨线及接地故障单端定位方法 被引量:10

Distributed Parameter Based One-End Fault Location for Inter-Line Fault and Earth Fault in Double-Circuit Transmission Lines on Same Tower

摘要 提出一种考虑分布参数的同杆双回线跨线及接地故障单端定位方法。首先在考虑双回线线间耦合的分布参数线路模型中,借助同向零序补偿系数以及反向零序补偿系数,定义精确的补偿电压。然后,根据测量端反向序电流与故障处反向序电流相位的关系,推算故障处电压相位及幅值。最后,利用测量电压、电流以及推算故障处的电压构造故障定位函数,并通过求解相位突变点识别故障位置。仿真结果表明,该方法适用于多种跨线及接地故障,无需其他变电站的信息,且受故障位置、过渡电阻、相序排列等因素的影响小,定位精度高,易于实现。 A distributed parameter based fault location method for inter-line faults and earth fault in double-circuit transmission lines on the same tower is proposed. Firstly, in the distributed parameter based transmission line model, in which the coupling between the two circuits is taken into account, by means of same-directional zero-sequence compensation coefficient and reverse-directional zero-sequence compensation coefficient the accurate compensation voltage is defined; then according to the relationship between the phase of reverse-directional sequence current at the measuring terminal and the phase of reverse-directional sequence current at the faulty position, the phase and amplitude of the voltage at the faulty position can be calculated; finally, the fault location function can be constructed by the measured voltage and current and the calculated voltage at the faulty position, and the faulty position can be identified by solving the sudden change point of the phase angle. Simulation results show that the proposed method is easy to implement and suitable for fault location of various kinds of inter-line faults and earth fault without needing information of other substations, and its fault location is accurate and the proposed method is slightly affected by such factors as faulty position, transition resistance and phase sequence arrangement.
