摘要
从现有的混凝土结构耐久性研究成果出发,以实现混凝土桥梁设计使用寿命作为耐久性设计的目标,结合混凝土桥梁的结构设计特点,提出了一套实用耐久性设计方法。通过相关内容的文献收集、整理及结果分析,确定了引起结构性能退化的主要耐久性作用及其极限状态,系统总结了现有耐久性设计理论和方法,提出了基于分项安全系数的耐久性设计理论和设计方法,将环境作用的影响作为荷载,采用结构设计规范常用的荷载与抗力的关系式,引入分项安全系数,针对影响混凝土桥梁耐久性能的主要环境作用建立了对应的极限状态方程,进行耐久性极限状态的验算,并详细论述了相关安全参数的意义和取值范围。最后以碳化作用为例进行了耐久性验算。
Based on the existing research on durability of concrete structure,in order to realize the designed service life as the objective of bridge durability design,combining with the design characteristics of concrete bridge,a set of practical durability design methods is proposed. Through collecting,sorting and analysis of the related literatures,the main durability and its limit state result on structure performance degradation are determined. The existing durability design theory and method are systematically summerized. Then,the design theory and method based on partial safety factor is proposed. Taking the environmental effect as load,by introducing the partial safety factor into the relationship between load and resistance of structural design code,the limit state equations for major environmental effect on the durability performance of concrete bridges are established,the durability checking calculation is conducted,and the meaning and range of the relative safety factors are discussed in detail. Finally,an example of carbonation effect is given for durability checking calculation.
