摘要
通过文献检索和行为事件访谈,初步选取了36个师范院校教师的胜任力特征,并初步设计调查问卷,进行预调查,形成最终调查问卷。在福建省的问卷调查数据的基础上,运用探索性因子分析法构建了包含师德师风、治学态度、专业能力三个维度共21个胜任力特征的师范院校教师胜任力模型。与其他学者构建的非师范院校教师的胜任力相比,师范院校教师的胜任力模型更强调教师的师德师风。从教师的选拔和聘用、晋升和考核、培训和进修三个方面来看,师范院校教师胜任力模型有应用前景。
The paper initially selects 36 competency features of the normal university teachers through literature search and interviews on behavioral events. On this basis,this paper prepares the final questionnaire after designing a draft questionnaire and doing a pre-surveying. Then,based on the survey data in Fujian,the author constructs a competency model of normal university teachers in the method of factor analysis. The model is more emphatic on teacher virtue compared with other competency models of teachers. Finally,this paper suggests some future applications of the model in teacher enrollment,performance evaluation and training.
