可吸收接骨板行髁突中低位骨折内固定的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价可吸收聚乳酸内固定系统在髁突中低位骨折内固定中的疗效。方法:回顾分析2008~2013年42例(54侧)可吸收接骨板行髁突中低位骨折内固定的治疗情况,术后对面型、骨折愈合及临床功能恢复情况行1~12个月随访。结果:42例患者面型恢复满意,开口度及开口型无明显异常,颞颌关节活动度及咬合关系良好,无感染及异物排斥反应。结论:在髁突中低位骨折内固定治疗中,可吸收性高分子聚合物微型接骨板和螺钉具有良好的固定强度,避免二次手术,是髁突中低位骨折理想的内固定系统。 Objective.. To evaluate the treatment of absorbable poly|actic acid internal fixation system used in mid- and-low condylar fracture. Methods: A retrospective study was based on 48 cases (54 sides) of mid-and-low condylar fracture treated by rigid internal fixation using absorbable bone plate during 2008 January to 2013 January in our hospital, and all cases were radiologically and clinically examinated for 1-15 months. Results.. All cases re- covered well,their facial appearance and function improved greatly, no infection and rejection of foreign body reac- tion were seen. Conclusion: In the rigid internal fixation, absorbable polylactic acid internal fixation system is an ef- fective material to treat mid-and-low condylar fracture.
