摘要 目的:评价上皮下结缔组织移植术对牙龈退缩治疗的效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:采用"牙龈退缩"、"手术"、"上皮下结缔组织移植","牙根面暴露"、"结缔组织移植"和"牙龈退缩"、"双层瓣技术"3种词条组合方式,分别计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库、万方数据库等,并以connective tissue graft/subepithelial connective tissue graft、gingival recession/recession near gingiva/gingival defect/exposure near root/recession-type defect随机组合的方式检索PubMed数据库收集文献,利用Review Manager软件对经检索筛选后纳入的7篇有关上皮下结缔组织移植术治疗牙龈退缩的中文文献进行综合定量分析。结果:经过对纳入的文献进行Meta分析,经上皮下结缔组织移植术后可增加退缩牙龈的高度和角化龈的宽度,获得显著的根面再覆盖。结论:现有证据支持上皮下结缔组织移植术对牙龈退缩有较好疗效,但其是否是目前实现根面再覆盖率最高和手术成功率最高的治疗方法,尚需更全面地录入相关原始文献进行对比性综合评价。 Objective: Tor evaluate the effect of the subepithelial connective tissue grafts in the treatment of reces- sion- type defects. Methods: We searched the online database with keywords"connective tissue graft / subepithelial connective tissue graft", "gingival recession / recession near gingiva/gingival defects/exposure near root/recession --type defects" then reviewed the subepithelial connective tissue grafts in the treatment of recession--type defects and conducted Meta analysis according to the criteria with Review Manager software. Results: After Meta analysis, the subepithelial connective tissue grafts provided significant root coverage and keratinized tissue gain. Conclusion: The subepithelial connective tissue grafts have a positive impact on the treatment of gingival recession. In order to make sure whether it is the "gold standard" procedure, we still need to make the comparative analysis of the overall studies.
