有限切开锁定接骨板治疗外侧壁破损的股骨近端骨折疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨锁定接骨板治疗外侧壁破损的股骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法选择外侧壁破损的股骨近端骨折24例,根据AO/OTA分型,31A3.1型6例,31A3.2型8例,31A3.3型10例。所有患者均行有限切开锁定接骨板治疗。结果 24例手术时间60-110min,术中出血量100-300ml。随访12-24个月,骨折愈合时间8-15个月。未发生切口感染、骨折不愈合、内固定松动断裂等并发症。术后Harris髋关节功能评分,优17例,良5例,一般2例,优良率91.7%。结论锁定接骨板结合有限切开复位治疗外侧壁破损的股骨近端骨折,疗效满意。
