摘要
由于5356铝合金塑性较差,连铸时易发生"拉断"现象,很难直接连铸出直径不大于12 mm的连铸坯。为实现焊丝用5356连铸坯精细成形,对5356铝合金连铸的实验装置设计、熔体处理以及连铸工艺参数等方面进行了研究,采用三因素三水平正交试验研究了铝合金液温度、连铸速度和氮气充气压力对连铸坯的影响。结果表明:连铸速度是影响连铸坯表面质量的最主要因素。通过正交试验得出了最佳工艺参数为铝合金液温度780℃,连铸速度30mm/min,充气压力0.03MPa。
The problem of "snap" is prone to occur in process of 5356 aluminum alloy continuous casting due to the poor plasticity, it is difficult to manufacture the casting bloom whose diameter is no more than 12 mm by directly continuous casting. In order to realize precision forming of 5356 aluminum alloy continuous casting for welding wire, the experimental facility design, melt-treatment and continuous casting technological parameter were studied. The effects of melting aluminum alloy temperature, continuous casting speed and nitrogen pressure on the continuously casting bloom were analyzed by orthogonal tests of three factors and three levels. The results show that the continuous casting speed is the most important factor to influence the surface quality of casting bloom. The optimum technological parameters were obtained by orthogonal test, that is, the melt temperature of 780 ℃, the continuous casting speed of 30 mm/min and the inflation pressure of 0.03 MPa.
