一株放线菌发酵液的抗菌活性及稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究放线菌菌株GYM39-2发酵液对临床常见病原性细菌及真菌的抗菌活性,同时观察温度、光照、pH值及紫外线等理化因素对发酵液稳定性的影响.方法:利用纸片扩散法测定放线菌株GYM39-2发酵液对临床病原菌的抗菌谱,观察改变温度、光照、pH及紫外线等理化因素时对发酵液的抗菌活性及稳定性的影响.结果:菌株GYM39-2对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、乙型副伤寒沙门菌、白念珠菌及新生隐球菌均有抗菌活性,发酵液对温度、光照的改变及紫外线的照射均有较好的稳定性,pH在5~7之间发酵液抗菌活性最强.结论:菌株GYM39-2发酵液具有良好的抗菌活性及稳定性,能为相关研究提供菌株资源. Objective:To study the antibacterial and anti-fungal activities of the fermentation broth from an actinomyocetes strain,GYM39-2,and to verify the stability of the broth under different biochemical and physical conditions.Methods:Tests on bacterial and fungal susceptibility to the broth were carried out with Kirby-Bauey method,and the the broth stability under different temperatures,illuminations,pH,and ultraviolet conditions were observed.Results:The broth showed good antibacterial and anti-fungal ability against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Salmnella paratyphi B,Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans.The changes of temperature,illumination and ultraviolet did not affect the brothg stability and the optimal pH range was 5 ~7.Conclusion:The fermentation broth of the actinomyocetes strain,GYM39-2 has good antibacterial and anti-fungal ability.The results of this study provides new strain resource for novel antibiotics,enzymes and other biologically active substances,for both basic research and commercial application.
