摘要
目的观察大鼠经黄药子或黄药子配伍甘草灌胃后,肾脏功能及肾脏组织病理学的改变。方法用黄药子水煎液、黄药子配伍甘草水煎液以及生理盐水,分别给大鼠连续灌胃35天,观察各组大鼠肾功能及肾组织形态学变化。结果黄药子组具有导致大鼠肾功能及肾脏形态学病变的作用;黄药子配伍甘草对大鼠造成的肾功能及肾脏形态学损伤均较黄药子组轻。结论甘草具有减低黄药子肾毒性的作用。
Objective To observe rats after fed with rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae or rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae concerted radix glycyrrhiza,the changes of renal function and renal pathology.Methods The rats were administrated with Decoction of rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae and rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae concerted radix glycyrrhiza,normal saline for 35 days,to observe the changes of renal function and renal morphology.Results Rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae has resulted to pathological changes in rat renal function and renal morphology,And these changes in rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae concerted radix glycyrrhiza group were less than rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae group.Conclusion Radix glycyrrhiza can reduce the renal toxicity of rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae.
