摘要
目的:评价使用双下肢辅助固定装置固定盆腔肿瘤患者时,提高摆位精度的可行性。方法:30例需要盆腔照射的患者分别使用常规热塑体膜固定组(常规组)和常规热塑体膜配合双下肢辅助固定装置组(辅助固定组),使用模拟机验证片与治疗计划系统的数字重建射野图像,对两种不同体膜固定方法的摆位精度差异进行成组t检验;采用问卷形式对两组患者进行舒适度情况调查。结果:常规组和辅助固定组在左右、头脚和前后方向摆位误差分别为(2.8±1.5)mm、(1.4±0.9)mm,(4.4±2.2)mm、(1.2±1.2)mm和(2.2±1.3)mm、(1.9±1.0)mm;两组患者舒适度相似。结论:使用双下肢辅助固定装置能明显减少盆腔患者摆位误差。
Objective:Evaluating patients with pelvic tumors using a fixed lower limbs auxiliary fixtures,to im-prove the feasibility of positioning accuracy. Methods:Thirty patients with pelvic tumors were randomly divided into conventional thermoplastic membrane fixation group( conventional group,CG)and conventional thermoplastic mem-brane with lower limbs auxiliary fixture group( auxiliary fixation group,AFG). Using simulator for position calibration and center field digital image reconstruction from treatment planning system. Then compare the set-up accuracy of two groups with different body membrane fixation methods. Results:Set-up error in the left-right,head-foot,ante-rior-posterior direction were(2. 8 ± 1. 5)mm and(1. 4 ± 0. 9)mm(P〈0. 02),(4. 4 ± 2. 2)mm and(1. 2 ± 1. 2) mm(P〈0. 001),(2. 2 ± 1. 3)mm and(1. 9 ± 1. 0)mm(P〉0. 05)in conventional group and auxiliary fixed group;Patientˊs comfort was similar in the two groups. Conclusion:Lower limbs auxiliary fixtures can significantly reduce pelvic patient positioning errors.
