摘要
"金砖国家"概念自2001年问世至今,历经了投资热门话题、政治合作象征和新生战略力量三个发展阶段。金砖合作为新兴国家和广大发展中国家的政治代表,无疑是全球治理结构改革中最有生机的战略力量。金砖合作机制建立6年以来,金砖国家和广大新兴经济体一直寻求对国际体系的改革与重构两者之间的平衡。尽管金砖国家内部存在一些差异和矛盾,但是不会影响金砖国家合作走向深入发展。金砖合作已经从概念走向行动,拥有共同理念、存在共同利益、发出共同声音、采取共同行动是金砖合作在今后相当一段时间内的基本特征。
The concept of ＂BRICS countries＂ came out in 2001 and has experienced three stages： being an investment hot topic, symbolizing political cooperation, and rising to new strategic power. The BRICS cooperation represents the emerging and developing countries politically and is undoubtedly a vital strategic power in the reform of the structure of global governance. Since the BRICS cooperation mechanism was established six years ago, the BRICS countries and other emerging economies have been trying to seek a balance between reform of the international system and reconstruction of it. Although there are some differences and contradictions within the BRICS, they will not prevent the BRICS cooperation from deepening. The BRICS cooperation has been put into practice, and it will show a basic characteristic that all parties share the same idea, have common interest, speak with one voice, and take joint actions.
