微孔复合管膜净化连铸冷却水的应用 被引量:2

摘要 钢铁企业传统的净化连铸冷却水的过滤器过滤效果差,影响生产和产品质量。通过实验,定性和定量地研究了多孔复合材料的微观形貌、构成材料的颗粒的粒径、空隙大小、多孔复合材料的渗透率以及水滴、油滴在多孔复合材料上的润湿性,对材料和过滤操作进行改进。改造后的过滤机以多孔复合管为核心,集过滤、反冲洗再生、排渣为一体。陶瓷复合膜过滤投入使用后,水质明显提升,基本达到了指标要求,提升了整体水处理系统的技术水平,取得了显著的经济效益。 The filtering effect of traditional filter for purifying CCM cooling water in iron and steel enterprise is poor and therefore the product quality is affected.Through experiment,the microcosmic morphology,particle size,interstice,permeability of porous composite,and the wettability of water drop and oil drop on porous composite are studied qualitatively and quantitatively.Material and purifying operation are improved.After modification,with porous composite tube as the core,purifying machine is integrated with purifying,back flushing and regeneration and deslagging.When ceramic composite membrane purifying system is put into operation,water quality is improved remarkably and basically meets the requirement.The technical level of overall water treatment system is lifted and prominent economic effect is achieved.
