摘要
以碳酸锶和硼酸为原料,柠檬酸为络合物,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SrB4O7。研究了硼酸过量比例、煅烧温度及煅烧温度点的煅烧时间对SrB4O7粉体的影响。利用多功能X射线衍射仪分析实验样品,结果表明:在硼酸过量1%(质量分数),850℃下煅烧5 h得到的SrB4O7样品XRD图谱中特征衍射峰强度高,且基本没有杂峰出现,故此SrB4O7样品最佳,纯度最高。
Strontium tetraborate was synthesized by sol-gel method using H3BO3,SrCO3 and C6H8O7·H2O as starting materials. The effects of excessive proportion of H3BO3,calcining temperature and holding time were investigated. The samples were characterized by XRD and Scanning Probe Microscope and the results show that the strontium tetraborate is the best when calcined in excess of boric acid 1 % in 850 ℃for 5 hours.
