摘要
本文分析了建筑工程管理中人为因素、施工材料因素、机械设备因素和环境因素等方面的影响,并对消除这些因素不利影响的措施进行了探究,以期为提高建筑工程管理的质量与效率提供借鉴意义。
This paper analyses the influencing factors of the construction engineering management, such as human factors, construction materials factors, mechanical equipment factors and environmental factors, and explores the measures to eliminate the adverse effects of these factors, in order to provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of the construction engineering management.
