摘要
本文通过苏州工业职业技术学院"访问工程师"政策的实证分析,分析了目前该校"访问工程师"制度的利弊,从校企互动培养的角度提出了相应的解决方法。
This paper analyses the pros and cons of the"access to engineer"system by the analyzing this system in Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology, and puts forward the corresponding solution from the point of the interaction between school and enterprise.
