摘要
以2013年保定市环境空气自动监测站的SO2、NO2、CO、O3、PM10和PM2.5监测数据为研究的基础材料,根据《环境空气质量评价技术规范(试行)》(HJ663—2013)的相关要求,创建了包含上述6种污染物在内的评价因子集,参考《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095—2012),将传统的两级标准扩展为四级评价标准,利用模糊综合评价法对保定市的环境空气质量进行科学的综合评价并详细分析了各污染物的时空分布特征。结果表明:保定市环境空气质量属于重污染水平,可吸入颗粒物是影响空气质量的最主要因子,进行燃煤控制可以有效地改善环境空气质量。
Taking the monitor data of(SO2,NO2,CO,O3,PM10 and PM2.5abtained from Environmental Air Automatic Monitoring Stations of Baoding in 2013 as the basic materials,the evaluation's factor assembly including the 6factors above was established according to the provisions of"standard of ambient air quality assessment techniques(for Trial Implementation)"(HJ663—2013),and quality of ambient air standards were tended four class from two under air quality standards as reference.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the air quality of Baoding and finally analyzing the temporal and spatial distribution of the pollution factors in detail.The results showed that,the ambient air quality of Baoding was polluted severely,and the respirable particulate matter was the main pollution factor.Effective control of coal-fired may be the better way to improve the air quality.
