摘要
目的探讨低年资护士团队凝聚力与专业素质的相关性,为低年资护士素质培养提供依据。方法采用团队凝聚力量表对<5年工龄护士进行测查,并与全年专业操作、理论、护理综合质量考核比较。结果低年资护士团队凝聚力情感一致性、任务一致性、行动一致性与护理理论、护理操作、护理综合呈正相关(P<0.001),具有统计学意义。结论低年资护士专业素质与团队凝聚力有较强相关性。护理管理者应重视年轻护士团队凝聚力建设,进一步促进护理队伍整体素质提升。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the junior nurse team cohesion and professional quality and provide the basis for the junior nurse training.Methods The team cohesion scale to my courtyard 5 years seniority nurses were tested,and the professional operation,nurse,nursing quality evaluation theory.Results The junior nurse team cohesion emotional consistency,consistency,consistency of task action associated with nursing theory,nursing,nursing positively (P〈0.001),with statistical significance.Conclusion There is a strong correlation between low seniority nurses professional qualities and team cohesion.Nursing administrators should pay attention to the young nurse team construction,promote further improve the overall quality of nurse team.
