摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定白酒中酪醇含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法。选用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18分析柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇(A)︰水(B),进行梯度洗脱[12],0~6.50 min,30%(A)~70%(B);6.51~10.5min,90%(A)︰10%(B);10.51~16.00 min,30%(A)︰70%(B);检测波长为222 nm,柱温35℃,流速:1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL,峰面积外标法定量。在1.0 mg/L^10.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内,其质量浓度和峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.999 43。对白酒样品加标回收率试验在96.2%~99.8%之间,RSD≤5.04%(n=6),方法最低检出限0.5 mg/L,方法测定下限1.5 mg/L。方法前处理简单,准确、重现性好,此方法适用于白酒中酪醇的测定。
To establish a method for the content determination of tyrosol in distilled spirits. The content of tryosol was deteminationed by HPLC. Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 columns(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was consisted methanol(A)︰water(B), Gradient Elution, 0~6.50 min, 30%(A)︰70%(B); 6.51~10.50 min, 90%(A)︰10%(B); 10.51~16.0 min, 30%(A)︰70%(B); Detection wavelength of 222 nm, column temperature 35 ℃, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, sample volume of 10 μL, the peak area of the external standard for quantification. results In the 1.0 mg/L~10.0 mg/L concentration range, its concentration and peak area has good linear relationships, the correlation coefficient R=0.999 43. For distilled spirit sample, the average recoveries between 96.2%~99.8%, and RSD ≤5.04%(n=6), the method of the minimum detection limit of 0.5 mg/L, quantitative limits 1.5 mg/L. Method is simple, accurate, reproducible. This method applies to the determination of tyro sol in distilled spirits.
