摘要
介绍了大型医院构建英语培训方案的必要性和可行性,重点从教师团队的建立、教学内容的制定、教学方式的选择和教学质量的评价四个方面,论述了英语培训方案的构建过程,并对医院英语培训工作未来的发展进行了展望。
The necessity and feasibility of the construction of large hospital English training program is introduced,including the four aspects of evaluation focuses on the establishment of teacher team,teaching content,teaching methods and the quality of teaching. The construction of English training scheme of the process is discussed,and the hospital English training the future development prospects is looked forward.
