摘要
通过冷轧的一起堆钢事故,对热轧各工序进行反查,找出带钢尾部折叠的根本原因,采取调整钢种的卷取张力、等级和屈服强度等措施,不仅防范事故的再次发生,同时降低了热轧工序直发卷的生产成本。
In view of a steel-heaping accident in cold rolling, reverse investigations were made on each process of the hot rolling to find out the root cause of tail folding of strip steel.Adjusting the coiling tension, grade and yield strength of steel balls can not only prevent such accident from happening again, but also reduce the cost of production of straight steel coils by hot rolling process.
