摘要
酒店管理是酒店经营活动中的关键内容之一,有效的酒店管理可以达到酒店各项资源的优化配置,达到酒店成本的最低和收益的最大。近些年来,酒店管理与高效的市场营销策略相结合,更是取得了酒店经营活动的不俗表现。就市场营销策略在酒店管理中的重要性做几点分析,并对现在酒店管理市场营销策略应用中存在的问题和相应对策做几点探讨,希望能给酒店同行带来一些帮助。
The hotel management is one of the key elements of the hotel business activities, optimize the allocation of hotel management can effectively reach the hotel resources, to achieve the maximum cost minimum and the profit of hotel. In recent years, hotel management and marketing strategy and efficient combination, is achieved the good performance of the hotel business activities. This paper makes some analyses on the marketing strategy in the importance of hotel management, and the existing marketing strategy of hotel management problems in the market. It proposes corresponding countermeasures to do some study, and the author hopes to bring some help for the hotel industry.
