摘要
温泉寺拦河坝工程属于水面开发以及小型的水力发电项目,按照《可再生能源法》应当属于可再生能源的开发类型。文章通过对该工程在取水以及用水两个方面的合理性进行理论性的分析和探讨,最终得出温泉寺拦河坝工程建设符合国家产业政策,与流域规划相适应,与太子河水资源条件和开发程度相适应。对于实现水资源的合理利用以及促进社会的可持续发展有着重要的意义的结论。
Wenquansi Dam Project is water surface development and small scale hydropower generation project.According to Law of Renewable Energy,it belongs to renewable energy development project.Through the analysis on water intake and use rationality of the project,it is concluded that the project is in line with national industrial policy,to adapt with the river basin planning,to adapt with Taizi River water resource conditions and development degree.It is of significance for realizing water resources reasonable utilization and promoting social sustainable development.
